摘要
王平教授深入研究中医元气理论,临床善以培元固本法治疗肺癌,核心药组,如补益肺之元气药组、温助肺之元阳药组、滋养肺之元阴药组、调补肺之精气药组、宣降肺之气机药组、培土生金药组等,遣方用药特色明显.本文从王平教授治疗肺癌的六大核心药组窥探其应用培元固本法的病机演变、证治特点、用药规律,总结临床经验,传承学术精华,以期为肺癌诊疗提供新的治疗思路.
Abstract
Prof.WANG Ping has in-depth research on the theory of TCM's vital energy,and is skilled in treating lung cancer with the method of nourishing the vital energy and strengthening the foundation.Based on long-term and extensive clinical experience,he has gradually formed a unique prescription and medication characteristic-the core medicine group,such as the vital energy medicine group for tonifying the lung,the vital yang medicine group for warming and assisting the lung,the vital yin medicine group for nourishing the lung,the essential qi medicine group for regulating and tonifying the lung,the qi mechanism medicine group for promoting and descending the lung,and the cultivating soil to generate gold medicine group.This article explores the pathogenesis evolution,syndrome and treatment characteristics,and medication rules of Prof.WANG Ping's six core drug groups in treatment of lung cancer,summarizes his clinical experience,and inherits the academic essence,hoping to provide new treatment ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer.
