Analysis on the treatment of vertigo-type neurosis from heart,liver and kidney bv PU Fu-zhou
Abstracs:PU Fu-zhou,a famous doctor of TCM with rich clinical experience,thinks that vertigo-type neurosis is closely related to the heart,liver and kidney viscera.The liver is the first to suffer,and the liver and kidney are homologous,which affects the kidney root.Kidney yin deficiency at the age of 50,liver and kidney involved in the heart,the heart loses its governing,is the development of vertigo-type neurosis.Treatment should be to dredge and nourish the liver,converge and tonify the kidney,and calm and nourish the heart.In addition to the regulation of the disease mechanism,the course of the disease,the dosage form and the method of administration should not be neglected,so that the patients can really achieve the stabilization of the mind and the removal of vertigo.This article explores the understanding and ideas of PU Fu-zhou in treating vertigo-type neurosis from the heart,liver and kidney from historical materials with two medical cases,in order to provide some reference for clinical treatment of vertigo-type neurosis.
