摘要
帕金森病(PD)发病机制尚不明确,目前认为氧化应激和炎症反应在其发生发展中具有重要作用.核因子红细胞2相关因子2(Nrf2)/血红素加氧酶1(HO-1)通路参与机体抗炎和抗氧化应激,是与PD的发生发展关系密切的重要通路.姜黄素可通过调控Nrf2/HO-1通路抗氧化应激和抑制炎症反应,从而改善PD患者的神经元损伤.本文阐述姜黄素在PD中发挥的作用机制,并对姜黄素基于Nrf2/HO-1通路干预PD的研究进展进行综述,以期为治疗PD提供理论依据和思路.
Abstract
Parkinson's disease(PD)is unclear and oxidative stress and inflammatory responses are currently considered to play an important role in its occurrence and development.Nuclear factor E2 related factor 2(Nrf2)/heme oxygenase 1(HO-1)pathway is involved in anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidative stress,which is closely related to the development of PD.Curcumin has been shown to improve neuronal damage in patients with PD by regulating the Nrf2/HO-1 pathway to combat oxidative stress and suppress inflammation.In this article,the mechanism of curcumin in PD is reviewed,and the intervention of curcumin in PD based on Nrf2/HO-1 pathway is discussed,so as to provide a theoretical basis and idea for the trentment of PD.
