针灸治疗类风湿关节炎的机制研究进展

摘要
类风湿关节炎(RA)是一种以关节持续滑膜炎、软骨损伤和全身炎症为特征的自身免疫性疾病.临床研究表明,针灸对RA的治疗效果显著,但其确切作用机制仍未完全阐明.文章从细胞因子、T淋巴细胞、腺苷受体、NF-κB等信号通路、神经内分泌免疫网络系统和miRNA等6个方面对针灸治疗RA的作用机制进行阐述,为针灸干预RA的进一步机制研究提供新的视角和启示.
Abstract
Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is an autoimmune disease characterized by persistent synovitis,cartilage injury,and systemic inflammation.Clinical studies indicated that acupuncture has a significant therapeutic effect on RA.This article makes a comprehensive analysis of the research on acupuncture intervention in RA in recent years.It expounds the mechanism of action from six aspects:cytokine,T lymphocyte,adenosine receptor,NF-κB mediated signaling pathway,neuroendocrine-immune network system,and miRNA to provide a new perspective and enlightenment for the further mechanism research of acupuncture intervention in RA.
