摘要
苍术作为临床常用中药,前人对其化学成分和药理作用进行了大量的研究,苍术及其所含成分的药代动力学研究虽取得了一些进展,但仍然比较零散,不够系统和全面.本文通过系统整理与归纳,对苍术中的主要化学成分苍术素、β-桉叶醇、苍术酮、白术内酯类、苍术苷类、异绿原酸类的药代动力学研究概况进行综述,初步明确了苍术主要成分药代动力学的代谢规律,为指导临床用药提供科学依据.
Abstract
Rhizoma Atractylodis,as a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine in clinic,has been extensively studied for its chemical constituents and pharmacological effects,although the pharmacokinetic study of Rhizoma Atractylodis and its components has made some progress,it is still relatively fragmented and not systematic and comprehensive.In this paper,the pharmacokinetics of atractylodin,β-eudesmol,atractylone,atractylodes,atractylosides,and isochlorogenic acids,and the main chemical components of Rhizoma Atractylodis were reviewed,the metabolic law of the pharmacokinetics of the main components of Rhizoma Atractylodis was preliminarily clarified,providing a scientific basis for guiding clinical medication.
