Curative effect of Qingjin Huatan Decoction combined with montelukast sodium and its influences on lymphocytes,C-reactive protein and LCR in children with mycoplasma pneumonia
Objective To observe the curative effect of Qingjin Huatan Decoction combined with montelukast sodium and its influences on lymphocytes,C-reactive protein(CRP)and lactate clearance rate(LCR)in children with mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods A total of 150 children with mycoplasma pneumonia were randomly divided into control group(n=75,montelukast sodium)and research group(n=75,Qingjin Huatan Decoction combined with montelukast sodium).The clinical curative effect,scores of main TCM symptoms,T lymphocytes(CD4+,CD8-,and CD4+/CD8+),CRP and LCR in the two groups were observed and compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of research group was higher than that of control group(P＜0.05);scores of phlegm obstruction,cough and fever in both groups were decreased,which were lower in research group than control group(P＜0.05);CD4+and CD4-/CD8+in both groups were increased,which were higher in research group than control group(P＜0.05),while CD8+was decreased in both groups,which was lower in research group than control group(P＜0.05);CRP in both groups was decreased,which was lower in research group than control group(P＜0.05);after 24 h of treatment,LCR in research group was significantly higher than that in control group(P＜0.05);there was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Qingjin Huatan Decoction combined with montelukast sodium has a good therapeutic effect on pediatric mycoplasma pneumonia,which can effectively relieve clinical symptoms and inflammatory response.
