四磨汤联合枯草杆菌二连活菌颗粒治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病伴消化系统损伤疗效观察

目的 观察四磨汤联合枯草杆菌二连活菌颗粒治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)伴消化系统损伤临床疗效.方法 将我院102例HIE伴消化系统损伤新生儿随机分为对照组与观察组各51例.对照组采用枯草杆菌二连活菌颗粒治疗,观察组应用四磨汤联合枯草杆菌二连活菌颗粒治疗.比较两组临床疗效,新生儿行为神经评估(NBNA)分数,每项智能发育商数(DQ)分数,反射、意识恢复、肌张力恢复时间,胃肠疾病中医症候评分,乳杆菌、肠杆菌菌落数.结果 治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组NBNA分数均高于治疗前,观察组NBNA分数高于对照组(P<0.05);两组每项DQ分数均高于治疗前,观察组每项DQ分数均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组反射、意识、肌张力恢复时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);两组胃肠疾病中医症候评分均低于治疗前,观察组胃肠疾病中医症候评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组乳杆菌菌落数均高于治疗前,肠杆菌菌落数均低于治疗前,观察组乳杆菌菌落数高于对照组,肠杆菌菌落数低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 四磨汤联合枯草杆菌二连活菌颗粒治疗可明显提高新生儿HIE伴消化系统损伤的疗效,促进行为神经能力恢复,增强智能发育,减轻消化系统损伤,改善肠道菌落定植状态.
Efficacy of Simo Decoction combined with Bacillus subtilis double viable bacteria granules in treatment of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy with digestive system injury
Objective To observe the efficacy of Simo Decoction combined with Bacillus subtilis double viable bacteria granules in treatment of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE)with digestive system injury.Methods A total of 102 HIE with digestive system injury neonatal patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 51 cases in each group.Control group was treated with Bacillus subtilis double viable bacteria granules,while observation group was treated with Simo Decoction on the basis of control group.The efficacy,Neonatal Behavioral Neuroassessment(NBNA)score,DQ score of each item,reflex,consciousness recovery,muscle tone recovery time,gastrointestinal disease TCM symptom score,and Lactobacillus and Enterobacter colony counts of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);the NBNA scores in both groups were higher than those before treatment,which were higher in observation group than control group(P<0.05);the DQ scores of each item in both groups were higher than those before treatment,which were higher in observation group than control group(P<0.05);the reflex,consciousness,and muscle tone recovery time in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05);the TCM symptom scores of gastrointestinal diseases in both groups were lower than those before treatment,which were lower in observation group than control group(P<0.05);the number of colonies of Lactobacillus in both groups was higher than that before treatment,which was higher in observation group than control group,while the number of colonies of Enterobacteriaceae was lower in both groups than that before treatment,which was lower in observation group than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Simo Decoction combined with Bacillus subtilis double viable bacteria granules can significantly improve the efficacy of neonatal HIE with digestive system injury,promote the recovery of behavioral neural ability,enhance intellectual development,alleviate digestive system damage,and improve intestinal colonization.
