性早熟是常见的儿童内分泌系统疾病,中医治疗本病有优势,本文从八纲辨证、病因辨证、脏腑辨证、经络辨证、三焦辨证、气血津液辨证、六经辨证、七情辨证、证素辨证、态靶辨证、体质辨证、症状辨证等方面探讨并总结各家辨证治疗儿童性早熟的临床经验,以供同道参考.
Abstract
Precocious puberty is a common childhood endocrine disease,and traditional Chinese medicine has advantages in the treatment of this disease.This paper discusses and summarizes clinical experience of different kinds of treatment based on pattern identification of precocious puberty in children,such as pattern differentiation by the eight principles,zang-fu organs,pattern differentiation of meridians,pattern differentiation of the three jiao,qi,blood and bodily fluids,six meridians,seven emotions,syndrome element,state target,body constitution,and symptom for reference.
