中药贴敷联合多西环素治疗支原体肺炎效果及安全性分析

摘要
目的 观察中药贴敷联合多西环素治疗支原体肺炎(MP)效果及安全性分析.方法 将我院96例MP患儿随机分为治疗组与对照组各48例.对照组采用多西环素治疗,治疗组采用中药贴敷联合多西环素治疗.比较两组临床疗效,临床症状消失时间,高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP),降钙素原(PCT),D-二聚体(D-D),中医症状积分及不良反应发生率.结果 治疗后,治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗组临床症状消失时间短于对照组(P＜0.05);两组hs-CRP、PCT、D-D、中医症状积分低于治疗前,治疗组hs-CRP、PCT、D-D、中医症状积分低于对照组(P＜0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 中药贴敷联合多西环素治疗MP效果更好,症状和体征目标好转,炎症指标下调,凝血功能改善,安全性较好.
Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy and analysis the safety of TCM patch combined with doxycycline on my-coplasma pneumonia(MP).Methods A total of 96 children with MP were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 48 cases in each group.Control group was treated with doxycycline,while treatment group was treated with TCM patch on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,disappearance time of clinical symptoms,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),procalcitonin(PCT),D-dimer(D-D),TCM symptom score,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group(P＜0.05);the disappearance time of clinical symptoms in treatment group was shorter than that of control group(P＜0.05);the symptoms of hs-CRP,PCT,D-D and TCM in both groups were lower than those before treatment,which were lower in treatment group than control group(P＜0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).Conclusion TCM patch combined with doxycycline has better effects in treatment of MP,which can improve symptoms and signs,down-regulate inflammatory indexes,and improve coagulation function with a better safety profile.
