Effect study of Baogong Zhixue Granules combined with Enleck in preventing postpartum hemorrhage in patients with cesarean section
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Baogong Zhixue Granules combined with Enleck in prevention of postpartum hemorrhage in patients with cesarean section.Methods A total of 80 patients with cesarean section were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.Control group was treated with Enlek,which observation group was treated with Baogong Zhixue Granules on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,including intraoperative,2 h postoperative and 24 h postoperative blood loss,lochia time,menstrual relapse time,menstrual cycle,bleeding,flushing,dry throat and mouth scores,uterine descent rate,heart rate(HR),systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),and hemoglobin(HB).Results After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P＜0.05);the amount of blood loss in observation group at 2 h and 24 h after surgery was lower than that in control group(P＜0.05);the duration of lochia,the time of menstrual recurrence and the menstrual cycle in observation group were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05);the scores of bleeding,flushing,dry throat and dry mouth in observation group were lower than those before treatment,which were lower in observation group than control group(P＜0.05);the uterine descent rate in observation group was lower than that in control group(P＜0.05);the HB in both groups was lower than that before treatment,but it was higher in observation group than control group(P＜0.05);there was no significant difference in HR,SBP and DBP between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Baogong Zhixue Granules combined with Enleck has a significant preventive effect on postpartum hemorrhage in patients with cesarean section,which can reduce bleeding,promot recovery,alleviate symptoms,reduce uterine residue,and promote uterine descent.
