邱义明以大柴胡汤化裁治疗疑难杂症4则——兼论少阳腑热证

摘要
报道大柴胡汤治疗胆汁郁积症、胰源性腹泻、胰腺占位发热、门静脉系统血栓等疑难病症的验案,并进行了分析.提出大柴胡汤的适应证主要为:肝胆湿热证,少阳腑热证等.同时,对少阳府腑热证进行了探讨,提出了少阳腑热实证包括少阳胆腑热实及少阳胰腑热实的观点.同时,提出了胰腑的概念,指出胰腑的功能与胆腑类似,具有疏泄功能.
Abstract
To report and analyze the experimental cases of Dachaihu Decoction in the treatment of difficult diseases such as bile depression,pancreatic-derived diarrhea,pancreatic occupancy fever,and portal vein system thrombosis.It is proposed that the indications of Dachaihu Decoction includes damp-heat evidence of liver and gallbladder and heat evidence of Shaoyang internal organs.And after the discussion of the heat evidence of Shaoyang internal organs,this paper argues that the heat evidence of Shaoyang internal organs includes those of Shaoyang biliary organs and Shaoyang pancreatic organs.It is also held by the author of the paper that the drainage function of pancreatic internal organs is similar to that of biliary internal organs.
