沈丕安应用中医发热理论治疗风湿免疫病发热经验

摘要
中医发热理论分外感发热和内伤发热两大类.沈丕安教授应用中医发热理论,结合风湿免疫病发热特点,借鉴伤寒发热理论、热病发热理论、温病卫气营血辨证论治理论应用于风湿免疫病外感发热,同时提出益气清热、滋阴清热法的扶正退热应用于风湿免疫病的内伤发热,收效良好.
Abstract
Traditional Chinese fever theory has two categories:external fever and internal fever.Professor SHEN Pi-an applied TCM fever theory,combined with the fever characteristics of rheumatic immune diseases,and used typhoid fever theory,febrile fever theory and syndrome differentiation and treatment theory of epidemic febrile diseases to treat exogenous fever of rheumatic immune diseases,and put forward the methods of invigorating qi and clearing heat,nourishing yin and clearing heat to treat internal injury fever of rheumatic immune diseases,which achieved good results.
