摘要
伍大华教授传承国医大师刘祖贻学术经验,以"气阳主用"思想为指导,提出多系统萎缩多以阳虚为本,瘀血为标,基本病机为"阳虚血瘀",以"温肾活血法"为基本治法,根据病情加以"柔肝定颤""益精生髓"法,选用温肾活血方为基础,化裁柔肝定颤汤及地黄饮子,收获良效.
Abstract
Professor WU Da-hua inherited the academic experience of LIU Zu-yi,proposed that multiple system atrophy is mostly caused by yang deficiency,with stagnant blood stasis as the symptom,and its core mechanism is"blood stagnation in the presence of yang deficiency"."Warming the kidney and activating blood circulation"is the basic treatment method,"softening the liver and calming the quiver"and"benefiting essence and producing marrow"are applied accordingly.Based on Wenshen Huoxue Prescription,Rougan Dingzhan Decoction and Dihuang Decoction are modified,and good results are achieved.
