加减薯蓣丸治疗老年认知功能障碍的应用研究进展

摘要
随着我国人口老龄化的加剧,与之相伴随的认知功能障碍已成为亟待解决的问题.加减薯蓣丸化裁于《金匮要略》之薯蓣丸,针对老年认知功能障碍"脾肾亏虚,痰瘀互结"之病机组方,作为院内制剂,长期应用于治疗老年认知功能障碍,疗效显著.本文通过对加减薯蓣丸相关研究进行分析,发现其改善认知功能的主要机制为修复胆碱能系统,抑制神经炎症,调节自噬,提高突触可塑性,抑制神经元凋亡,促进髓鞘再生等.
Abstract
With the increasing aging of our population,the cognitive dysfunction associated with it has become a problem to be solved urgently.The modified Shuyu Pills,which was adapted from Synopsis of Golden Chamber,is a recipe for the pathogenesis of senile cognitive dysfunction,"spleen and kidney deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis interjunction".It has been used as a hospital preparation in the treatment of senile cognitive dysfunction for a long time with remarkable curative effect.This paper analyzed the related studies on modified Shuyu Pills,and summarized its mechanism of improving the cognitive function is to repair cholinergic system,inhibit neuroinflammation,regulate autophagy,improve synaptic plasticity,inhibit neuronal apoptosis,and promote myelin regeneration.
