Current status of research on intgrated Chinese-Western medical health management for elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment
Objective To summarize the current state of research on the use of intgrated Chinese-Western medical health management in treatment of elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment(MCI).Methods Computerized search guidelines,expert consensus,systematic reviews and evidence summaries in PubMed,Embase,CINAHL,CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,CBM,and other databases by computer.To obtain related research on health management of elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment.Literature selection and quality evaluation were conducted by two researchers,and data extraction and integration were carried out.Results A total of 32 literatures were included,including 15 systematic reviews,4 evidence summaries,9 expert consensus and 4 guidelines,forming three themes:assessment,health education and intervention.Conclusion This study systematically summarizes the relevant research on the health management of elderly patients with MCI,and healthcare professionals can combine the actual clinical situation,TCM syndroms,preference and needs of the elderly patients with MCI to form a personalized intgrated Chinese-Western medical health management plan for elderly patients with MCI,which may help to improve the compliance of the elderly patients with MCI,and to better realize the health management of elderly patients with MCI.
