无光耐沾污蒙皮面漆的研制及其应用

介绍了蒙皮涂层耐沾污性的影响因素以及无光蒙皮面漆耐沾污的难点。对比了丙烯酸树脂体系无光、半光、高光漆膜的耐沾污性,并研究了氟碳树脂的添加量对无光漆膜耐沾污性的影响。结果表明:无光丙烯酸树脂体系的漆膜因消光粉添加量高,其表面粗糙度大,导致耐沾污性较差;在丙烯酸树脂体系中加入氟碳树脂,可提高无光漆膜的耐沾污性;且当丙烯酸树脂与氟碳树脂的比例接近1∶1时,既能满所需的性能要求,又能降低成本。
The Development and Application of Stain Resistance for the Matte Skin Topcoat
This article has described the factors affecting the contamination resistance of skin coatings and the difficulties of contamination resistance for the matte topcoat.The contamination resistance of acrylic resin systems for matte,semi gloss,and high gloss paint was compared,and the effect of the amount of fluorocarbon resin added on the contamination resistance of matte coatings was studied.The results indicate that:The paint of the matte acrylic resin system has a rough surface due to the high addition of matting powder,resulting in poor contamination resistance;Adding fluorocarbon resin to the acrylic resin system can improve the contamination resistance of the matte paint;And when the ratio of acrylic resin to fluorocarbon resin approaches 1∶1,it can not only meet the required performance requirements but also reduce costs.
