直投式改性剂对沥青及其混合料性能影响分析

干法直投改性是一种高效快捷的提升沥青混合料性能的改性方法。该文以ZM改性剂为研究对象,研究直投改性剂对于沥青及其混合料性能的影响,利用动态剪切流变试验(DSR)、沥青弯曲蠕变劲度试验(BBR)等评价ZM改性沥青的流变性能,通过车辙试验、冻融劈裂等试验评价ZM改性剂对于沥青混合料路用性能的影响。试验结果表明,ZM改性剂可以显著改善沥青的高温流变性能、弹性恢复能力,降低沥青的温度敏感性。在干法直投拌合工艺下ZM改性沥青混合料拥有良好的路用性能,其动稳定度提高133%,车辙深度降低39。1%。
Analysis of the Effect of Direct Injection Modifiers on the Properties of Asphalt and Its Mixtures
Dry direct injection modification is an efficient and effective modification method to enhance the performance of asphalt mixtures.In this paper,ZM modifier was used as a research object to study the effect of direct injection modifier on the performance of asphalt and its mixtures.The rheological properties of ZM-modified asphalt were evaluated using dynamic shear rheology(DSR)and bending beam rheology(BBR)tests.The effects of ZM modifier on the road performance of asphalt mixtures were evaluated by rutting tests,freeze-thaw splitting,and other experiments.The test results show that ZM modifier can significantly improve the high-temperature rheological properties,elastic recovery ability,and reduce the temperature sensitivity of asphalt.ZM modifier asphalt mixtures have good road performance under the dry direct injection mixing process,with a 133%increase in dynamic stability and a 39.1%reduction in rutting depth.
