摘要

为评价含RAP(Recycled Asphalt Pavement,铣刨料)的温拌沥青混合料高温和低温下力学性能并优选适用于含RAP混合料的温拌剂,初选Sasobit、Aspha-min、RH和Evotherm四种温拌剂,通过劲度模量试验、动态蠕变试验和半圆弯曲试验,分别得到劲度模量、加载次数和不同抗裂指标,分别评价混合料抗永久变形性能、高温力学性能和低温抗裂性能.结果表明:RAP使混合料劲度模量、加载次数、最大荷载、断裂能和应变能增加,但柔性指数和抗裂指数降低.温拌剂对混合料不同性能的影响受温拌剂类型影响较大.同时掺加RAP和温拌剂的混合料中,劲度模量最大的对应Sasobit,其次为Evotherm和RH;加载次数最大的对应RH,其次为Evotherm;采用均一化评价方法,抗裂性能最佳的对应Evotherm.综合各项性能,在混合料中添加RAP后宜优选Evotherm温拌剂,对应混合料兼具良好的抗永久变形性能和抗裂性能.

Abstract

In order to evaluate the mechanical properties of warm mix asphalt mixtures containing RAP(Recycled Asphalt Pavements)under high and low temperature conditions,and to optimize the warm mix agents suitable for mixtures containing RAP,Sasobit,Aspha-min,RH,and Evotherm were initially selected as the four warm mix agents.Stiffness modulus,loading times,and different crack resistance indicators were obtained by stiffness modulus test,dynamic creep test,and semi-circular bending test respectively,to evaluate the permanent deformation resistance,high-temperature mechanical performance,and low-temperature crack resistance of the mixture.The results show that RAP increases the stiffness modulus,loading times,maximum load,fracture energy and strain energy of the mixture,but decreases the flexibility index and crack resistance index.The influence of warm mix agent on the different properties of the mixture is greatly influenced by the type of warm mix agent.In the mixtures mixed with RAP and warm mix agent,Sasobit has the highest stiffness modulus,followed by Evotherm and RH.The mixture with the highest loading times corresponds to RH,followed by Evotherm.The mixture with the best crack resistance corresponds to Evotherm using the homogenization evaluation method.After adding RAP to the mixture,it is advisable to choose warm mix agent Evotherm based on various performance factors,and the mixture has good resistance to permanent deformation and cracking.
