产品质量技术指标及其标准值的确定方法研究

摘要
产品质量技术规范是企业进行生产活动的指南.衡量一款产品质量是否能满足社会需求,往往需要在产品质量技术规范中对产品设置各类指标.当产品的质量在质量技术指标标准值范围内,则认为其满足社会需求,可以进行生产出售,最后投入市场使用.为了确定产品质量指标以及标准值,该文主要从确定质量指标、确定相应的检测方法、确定抽样计划、实施检测和确定标准值以及定期监测这六个方面对产品质量技术指标及其标准值的确定方法进行探讨.
Abstract
Product quality technical specifications are guidelines for enterprises to conduct production activities.To measure whether a product's quality can meet social needs,it is often necessary to set various indicators for the product in the product quality technical specifications.When the quality of the product is within the range of quality technical indicators,it is considered to meet social needs and can be produced and sold before it can be put into market use.In order to determine the product quality index and standard value,this paper mainly discusses the determination method of product quality technical index and standard value from six aspects:determining the quality index,determining the corresponding testing method,determining the sampling plan,implementing the test and determining the standard value,and regular monitoring.
