高刚性聚甲醛结构与性能研究

摘要
通过与通用级聚甲醛对比,研究了高刚性聚甲醛的各项性能.首先利用偏光显微镜照片对比,分析了聚甲醛MC90-H的球晶大小;力学性能测试表明,聚甲醛MC90-H的强度、模量均高于MC90,属于高刚性聚甲醛;在DSC曲线中,研究了聚甲醛的结晶温度和熔融温度以及结晶速率;MC90-H在热稳定性、游离甲醛含量、不稳定端基含量以及b值分析测试中均有较好的表现;然而,MC90-H的熔融指数稍有下降.通过研究高刚性聚甲醛的各项性能,可以得知开发高刚性与热稳定性聚甲醛兼顾的聚甲醛产品的重要性,让聚甲醛在高端应用场景中获得更好的表现.
Abstract
In this paper,the differences between general-purpose grade polyoxymethylene(MC90)and high rigidity POM(MC90-H)in terms of the various properties were studied.Firstly,the polarized light microscope photographs were observed to analyze the spherical crystal size of MC90-H;the mechanical property tests showed that the strength and modulus of MC90-H were higher than that of MC90,and it was a high-rigidity POM;the crystallization and melting temperatures as well as the crystallization rate of the paraformaldehyde were investigated by DSC;MC90-H was better than MC90 in the heat resistance,the content of free formaldehyde,the content of unstable end-groups,and the b value analysis tests.However,the melt index of MC90-H was slightly decreased.By studying the properties of the highly rigid polyoxymethylene,we can learn the importance of developing polyoxymethylene products with a balance of highly rigid and thermally stable polyoxymethylene,so that the polyoxymethylene can achieve better performance in high-end application scenarios.
