热氧老化下橡胶沥青性能及微观结构影响评价

摘要
为了研究热氧老化对橡胶沥青物理性能和微观结构的影响,设计了不同热氧老化程度的薄膜加热老化试验,采用针入度、软化点、DSR、DSC和FTIR试验,并与基质沥青、SBS改性沥青进行了综合对比分析.结果表明,随着热氧老化程度的增加,沥青的针入度减小、软化点提高,沥青的稠度和硬度增加;初始模量和玻璃化转变温度显著升高,抗剪能力降低,低温性能下降.热氧老化未改变沥青原有官能团的种类,但亚砜和羰基官能团的峰面积明显增大.综合而言,橡胶沥青抗热氧老化性能最好,优于SBS改性沥青与基质沥青.
Abstract
In order to study the influence of thermal and oxygen aging on the physical properties and microstructure of rubber asphalt,the film heating aging test with different thermal and oxygen aging degrees was designed,and the needle penetration,softening point,DSR,DSC and FTIR tests were used,and a comprehensive comparative analysis was conducted with matrix asphalt and SBS modified asphalt.The results show that with the increase of thermal oxygen aging,the penetration of asphalt decreases,the consistency and hardness increase;the initial modulus and glass transition temperature increase significantly,the shear resistance decreases,and the low temperature performance decreases.Thermal oxygen aging did not change the type of original functional groups of asphalt,but the peak area of sulphoxide and base functional groups increased significantly.In general,rubber asphalt has the best antithermal and oxygen aging performance,which is better than SBS modified asphalt and matrix asphalt.
