摘要

采用激光原位铺放方法,制备了 CF/PEEK复合材料层合板和压力容器,并通过内压爆破试验,对CF/PEEK压力容器的内压承载性能进行了表征.结果表明,研制的CF/PEEK压力容器有效爆破压强为18.33MPa,容器特性系数为40.3km,具有较为优异的内压性能.

Abstract

CF/PEEK composite laminate and vessel were manufactured by laser in-situ laying process.Internal pressure bust test was used to express bearing capacity of CF/PEEK vessel.The results show that,CF/PEEK composite vessel has appreciable internal pressure performance,burst pressure of CF/PEEK vessel reaches to 18.33 MPa,vessel characteristic coefficient reaches to 40.3 km.
