再生纤维增强混凝土的应用研究

基于循环经济理念的再生纤维,作为混凝土增强材料,在增强混凝土力学性能、抗裂性能、耐久性能等特性的同时,还可有效降低成本,增加资源的利用效率。文章分析了国内再生纤维增强混凝土的研究现状,研究了再生钢纤维、再生塑料纤维、再生玻璃纤维、再生碳纤维等4种再生纤维材料的回收来源、材料性能及其在混凝土中的应用效果。研究表明,再生纤维增强混凝土各项性能良好,未来作为普通纤维增强材料的替代品潜力巨大。
Research on the Application of Recycled Fiber Reinforced Concrete
Based on the concept of circular economy,recycled fiber,as a concrete reinforcement material can effectively reduce the cost and increase the utilization efficiency of resources while enhancing the mechanical properties,crack resistance,durability and other characteristics of concrete.This paper analyzes the research status of recycled fiber reinforced concrete in China,and studies the recycling sources,material properties and application effects of recycled steel fiber,recycled plastic fiber,recycled glass fiber and recycled carbon fiber in concrete.The results show that the recycled fiber reinforced concrete have good properties and have great potential as substitutes for common fiber reinforcement materials in the future.
