摘要

地铁车辆橡胶的良好密封是车辆设备正常运行的重要保障,科学的维修维护策略可以降低资源浪费.该文针对地铁车辆的贯通道橡胶和门窗橡胶开展加速试验,测试橡胶压缩变形量和硬度,利用阿伦尼乌斯模型预测橡胶老化寿命,基于数据拟合方法评估橡胶的性能状态.结果表明,25℃时服役5年的贯通道橡胶和服役10年的门窗橡胶最大剩余寿命分别为31.56年和23.61年.可采用三次多项式拟合老化过程中的硬度变化,评估橡胶性能状态,为橡胶的维修维护提供理论参考.

Abstract

The good sealing of metro vehicle rubber is an important guarantee for the normal operation of vehicle equipment,and scientific maintenance strategy can reduce the waste of resources.In this paper,accelerated tests were carried out for the rubber of gangway and the rubber of door and window of metro vehicles,the compression deformation and hardness of rubber were tested,the aging life of rubber was predicted by Arrhenius model,and the performance state of rubber was evaluated based on data fitting method.The results show that the maximum residual life of the gangway rubber served for 5 years and the door and window rubber served for 10 years is 31.56 years and 23.61 years at 25 ℃.The cubic polynomial is used to fit the hardness change during the aging process to evaluate the performance state of the rubber,which provides a theoretical reference for the maintenance of the rubber.
