摘要

研究将再生处理后的钢渣替代部分玄武岩制备钢渣沥青混合料,其中钢渣替代率分别为15%~55%不等,并对混合料的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性以及抗滑性进行了分析.研究结果表明:钢渣可以替代部分玄武岩使得沥青混合料满足路用性能要求,随着钢渣掺量的增加,混合料的高温稳定性和抗滑性逐渐增大,水稳定性和低温抗裂性呈先增大后降低的变化趋势.综合各指标变化规律,建议钢渣的最优掺量为35%,此时混合料的高温性能、低温性能和抗滑性能分别提升约6.3%、16%和14%.

Abstract

This study prepared steel slag asphalt mixture by partially replacing basalt with recycled steel slag.The replacement rate for steel slag ranges from 15%to 55%.Meanwhile,the high-temperature stability,low-temperature crack resistance,water stability,and skid resistance of the mixture were analyzed.The research results indicate that steel slag can replace some basalt to meet the performance requirements of asphalt mixtures.With the increase of steel slag content,the high-temperature stability and skid resistance of the mixture gradually increase.The water stability and low-temperature crack resistance show a trend of increasing first and then decreasing.Based on the changes in various indicators,it is recommended that the optimal dosage of steel slag is 35%,and the high-temperature performance,low-temperature performance,and anti-skid performance should be improved by about 6.3%,16%and 14%,respectively.
