Development and System Construction of Mooney Viscosity Standard Material
Mooney viscosity is the key index of quality control in rubber industry,which plays a vital role in the quality of rubber industry,therefore,the accurately measure of Mooney viscosity is particularly important.In order to meet the needs for technological progress in the rubber industry,in accordance with the relevant provisions of the development of standard substances,the homogeneity and stability of the preferred samples of butadiene rubber,styrene-butadiene rubber,butyl rubber,ethylene-propylene rubber,brominated butyl rubber,isoamyl rubber,low cy-polybutadiene rubber were tested,and were fixed values by several laboratories jointly.The fixed value data were tested through the abnormal data judgment,normal distribution test,equal accuracy test and uncertainty evaluation series of work,a series of standard materials with different Mooney viscosity had been developed.The standard values at ML(1+4)100℃were 33.5±0.8,42.4±0.8,45.6±0.5,49.1±0.8,51.2±1.0,52.2±0.7,66.3±1.1,76.2±1.1,76.6±0.8,81.9±1.4,86.6±1.0,the Mooney viscosity standard material system(33.5,42.4,45.6,49.1,51.2,52.2,66.3,76.2,76.6,81.9,86.6)was constructed.They provided technical support for rubber industry production control,product inspection,product trade,quality arbitration,and were widely used in rubber industry.
