Synthesis and Antibacterial Activity of Novel (Z) -2-(2-aminothiazol-4-yl) -2-(methoxyimino) Acetate Derivatives
Eight (Z) -2-(2-aminothiazol-4-yl) -2-(methoxyimino) acetate derivatives ( six of them were new derivatives) were synthesized from methyl (ethyl) acetoacetates, aldehydes and acyl chlorides. The structures were characterized by 1H NMB, IR and MS. The preliminary bioassays tests resuits showed that all derivatives exhibited certain antibacterial activities against Fusariurn graminearum and Fusarium solani in 200 mg · L-1.
