Synthesis of A Chiral 1,4-Dihydroquinazoline by Ir-Catalyzed Hydrogenation
Chiral dihydroquinazoline is an extremely important class of compounds,which not only possess certain biological and pharmacological activities,but also serve as the core skeletons of many natural products and drug molecules.This paper uses the asymmetric hydrogenation method of transi-tion metal iridium to synthesize a new chiral 1,4-dihydroquinazoline compound with an ee value as high as 92%,which provides a more convenient and novel method for the synthesis of such compounds.
