去氢枞酸基苯并噻唑化合物的合成及杀菌活性

为寻找具有优良生物活性的先导化合物,进一步拓展松香的使用途径,以去氢枞酸为原料,与SOC12反应制得去氢枞酸酰氯,再与2-氨基苯并噻唑化合物反应,合成6个新型去氢枞酸基2-氨基苯并噻唑化合物(4a~4f).化合物结构经核磁共振波谱(NMR),红外光谱(IR)和高分辨质谱(HR-MS)进行了表征.采用琼脂稀释法测试了 6个化合物对小麦赤霉、番茄早疫和花生褐斑等8个病菌的杀菌活性.测试结果表明:目标化合物均对供试菌具有一定的杀菌活性,对小麦赤霉杀菌活性普遍较好,其中化合物4a和4b对小麦赤霉的杀菌活性最好,分别达到66.7%和71.8%.
Synthesis and Bactericidal Activity of Dehydroabietyl Benzothiazole Compounds
In order to find the lead compounds with excellent biological activity,the utilization ways of rosin were further developed.In this paper,dehydroabietyl-2-aminobenzothiazole compounds were syn-thesized by reacting with SOCl2 to dehydroabietyl-2-aminobenzothiazole compounds.The structure of the compound was confirmed by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(NMR),infrared spectrosco-py(IR),and high resolution mass spectrum(HR-MS).The bactericidal activity of 6 compounds a-gainst 8 pathogens such as Gibberellus triticum,tomato early blight and peanut brown spot was tested by AGAR dilution method.All the target compounds had certain bactericidal activity against the tested bacteria,and the bactericidal activity against Gibberellum triticum was generally good.Compounds 4a and 4b showed the best bactericidal activity against Gibberellum triticum,reaching 66.7%and 71.8%,respectively.
