氟橡胶纳米复合材料的制备研究进展

氟橡胶作为一种特种橡胶,具有耐高温、耐酸、碱和盐等腐蚀性化学介质的优势.为了进一步改善其耐高温、导热和力学性能等方面的性能,用纳米材料改性氟橡胶成为一种有效的方法.近年来,纳米材料作为具有多功能性的填料,在氟橡胶改性研究中的应用越来越广泛.纳米材料的加入能够有效提升氟橡胶的物理化学性能,同时赋予氟橡胶功能性,延长氟橡胶服役寿命.本文综述了以石墨烯、碳纳米管、玄武岩纤维和其他纳米材料为填料的氟橡胶纳米复合材料的研究进展以及制备方法,并对氟橡胶纳米复合材料的设计、制备以及应用进行展望.
Research Progress of The Preparation of Fluoroelastomer Nanocomposites
Fluoroelastomer,as a kind of special rubber,has the advantages of high temperature resist-ance and resistance to corrosive chemical media such as acid,alkali and salt.In order to further en-hance its mechanical,thermal conductivity and high temperature resistance properties,modification of fluoroelastomer with nanomaterials has become an effective method.In recent years,nanomaterials,as fillers with multifunctionality,have been more and more widely used in the study of fluorine rubber modification.The incorporation of nanomaterials can effectively enhance the physicochemical properties of fluoroelastomers,and at the same time give fluoroelastomers functionality to prolong the service life of fluoroelastomers.This paper reviews the research progress and preparation methods of fluoroelas-tomer nanocomposites with graphene,carbon nanotubes,basalt fibers,and other nanomaterials as fill-ers,and looks forward to the design,preparation,and application of fluoroelastomer nanocomposites.
