抗静电PET聚酯的研究进展

摘要
聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)性能优越,但本身吸湿性较差,静电现象严重,对其加工和应用带来严重的负面影响.首先对静电产生的原因、抗静电原理和抗静电性能的评价方法做了阐述,进一步详细介绍了目前发展的各种抗静电方法及其优缺点,同时说明了适用于各方法的抗静电剂的特征,并对该领域的下一步发展进行了展望.
Abstract
Despite its excellent performance,polyethylene terephthalate(PET)has a serious electrification problem due to its poorer hygroscopic property,which severely limits its production and application.This paper de-scribes the antistatic mechanism,the evaluation of antistatic property,and the causes and hazards of static electrici-ty generation.In the meantime,we went into further detail about the numerous antistatic techniques currently be-ing developed,along with the qualities of antistatic agents that are appropriate for each technique.In conclusion,we eagerly await the upcoming advancements in this field.
