摘要
从技术经济角度对聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)装置两种主要的热媒加热方式,即天然气热媒炉加热方式和高压过热蒸汽加热方式进行了比较分析.依托具体项目,针对不同的工艺流程、设备配置及装置布置,对比了两种方式的投资和运行费用,并结合安全环保、运行维护等方面的优劣,对宜采用的加热方式给出指导意见.
Abstract
This article compares the technical and financial aspects of the two primary heating techniques for polyethylene terephthalate(PET)equipment,high-pressure superheated steam heating and natural gas heating.The investment and running costs of the two approaches were compared for various process flows,equipment config-urations,and device layouts based on particular projects.Advice on the best heating techniques was given,along with the benefits and drawbacks of environmental preservation,safety,and upkeep.
