Fault monitoring data and analysis of water-cooled high-temperature shielded pump
The structure,medium flow direction,common fault types,and corresponding protection tech-niques of water-cooled high-temperature shielded pumps were introduced in this article.It investigated the trend and correlation of key monitoring indicators,such as bearing wear,stator cavity pressure,and stator winding temperature during the process of equipment abnormality intensification.The operating data of three shielded pumps of the same specification in a particular polyester project were compared and analyzed.The significance of establis-hing appropriate monitoring alarm thresholds was further examined in light of the operational data analysis findings,and specific recommendations for on-site inspections and DCS monitoring alarm settings were made.
