摘要

CPChem公司的MarTECH环管淤浆法聚乙烯生产工艺技术,目前已经成为工艺成熟、操作灵活且适配多种催化剂的先进工艺之一.通过Ziegler-Natta催化剂、Phillips催化剂、茂金属催化剂的应用,以及其独特的"后加氢"双峰高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)生产工艺,MarTECH可以生产多种高性能聚乙烯.本文综述了其工艺流程、适用催化剂、聚乙烯树脂产品,以及国内应用情况等,为国内聚乙烯工艺技术的发展及应用提供参考.

Abstract

CPChem's MarTECH loop slurry polyethylene process technology now has become one of the ad-vanced processes with mature technology,flexible operation,and adaptability to various catalysts.Through the ap-plication of Ziegler-Natta catalyst,Phillips catalyst,metallocene catalyst,and its unique"post hydrogenation"bi-modal HDPE production process,MarTECH can produce various high-performance polyethylene.This article pro-vides an overview of its process flow,applicable catalysts,polyethylene resin products,and domestic applications,providing reference for the development and application of polyethylene technology in China.
