摘要

目前市场上大部分弹性包芯纱是以氨纶作为芯丝的,但氨纶纤维易变黄、强力低.以棉涤(40/60)混纺粗纱为包覆纱,PBT/PET复合长丝为芯丝,制备棉涤/PBT/PET包芯纱.以细纱环锭纺为基础工艺路线,研究了弹性包芯纱捻系数和预牵伸张力对包芯纱成纱质量的影响规律.结果表明:捻系数为350时,预牵伸张力为1.90时,包芯纱强伸性较好,断裂强度为20.8 cN/tex;捻系数280,预牵伸张力1.90时,条干CV值最优,为12.09%;捻系数280,预牵伸张力2.00时,5%定伸长下1次、3次和5次弹性回复性能较高.

Abstract

Presently,spandex is the primary fiber used in the majority of core-spun yarns available on the market;nevertheless,spandex fibers are weak and easily yellowed.Cotton polyester/PBT/PET cored yarn was made using PBT/PET composite filament as the core yarn and cotton/polyester(40/60)blended roving yarn as the covering yarn.Based on the spinning of a ring,the impact of predraft tension and twist coefficient of e-lastic core-spun yarn on the quality of core-spun yarn is investigated.The findings demonstrate that the core spun yarn has good strength and elongation with a fracture strength of 20.8 cN/tex when the twist coefficient is 350 and the pre draft tension is 1.90.The yarn's CV value is 12.09%when the twist coefficient is 280 and the pre-stretc-hing tension is 1.90.After 1,3,and 5 cycles,the elastic recovery performance rate is higher at a constant elonga-tion of 5%.
