摘要
介绍了聚丙烯热裂解制备聚丙烯蜡的研究进展,探讨了反应温度、反应时间、催化剂和原料等条件,以及不同裂解反应装置等对聚丙烯热裂解制备聚丙烯蜡性能的影响.发现裂解温度为 340~370℃,裂解时间为 30~150 min聚丙烯蜡性能最佳,并且在达到目标分子量的情况下应尽量缩短时间以减少副反应发生,可以加入Fe2O3 或MgO等催化剂促进裂解反应的发生,原料的性质对裂解过程和产物的影响极小.裂解反应器的选择应确保温度均匀和物料充分混合,经蒸发冷凝或者溶剂萃取优化的除杂工艺处理可有效提升产品质量.
Abstract
The research on the production of polypropylene wax through thermal cracking of polypropylene is presented in this article,which also examines the effects of various cracking reaction devices,catalysts,raw materi-als,reaction temperature,and reaction time on the final product's characteristics.In order to reduce the likelihood of side reactions after the target molecular weight was reached,it was determined that the ideal cracking tempera-ture is between 340 and 370℃,the ideal cracking time is between 30 and 150 minutes,and catalysts like Fe2O3 or MgO can be added to speed up the cracking reaction.The cracking process and products were found to be largely unaffected by the raw material properties.A consistent temperature and enough material mixing should be guaranteed by the cracking reactors chosen,and further improved decontamination through solvent extraction or evaporation and condensation can significantly enhance product quality.
