针对项目现场管道水压试验过程中出现S32205 双相钢管开裂问题,从宏观形貌观察、化学成分测定、力学性能检测、点腐蚀试验、断口SEM形貌观察、金相分析等几方面进行分析、排查,发现是轧制过程中异物被轧制到管材基体内形成裂纹,未得到及时检出,导致在项目现场水压试验过程开裂.采取了换管的办法,解决了这一问题.
Analysis of cracking causes of S32205 duplex stainless steel pipe and the improvement measures
The paper has focused on the cracking issue of S32205 duplex stainless steel pipe during the hydro-static pressure process at the project site,analysis and investigation were conducted from several aspects,inclu-ding macroscopic morphology observation,chemical composition determination,mechanical property test,pit-ting corrosion test,SEM morphology observation of fracture surfaces,metallographic analysis,etc.The findings re-vealed that the cracking was caused by foreign objects being rolled into the pipe matrix during the rolling process,which was not detected promptly,ultimately leading to the cracking during the hydrostatic test at the project site.The method of pipe replacement was adopted to solve this problem.
