合成顶驱齿轮油的研制

顶驱齿轮箱是顶部驱动钻井装置(TDS)的关键传动部件,对齿轮油的泡沫特性及温度控制能力有较高的要求,为此对顶驱齿轮油进行了研制.通过对基础油和复合剂的选择,以及对氧化后齿轮油泡沫特性的考察,得到了合成顶驱齿轮油由合成基础油(PA04+mPAO+POE),2.5%的RHY4206工业齿轮油复合剂以及120 μg/g的复合抗泡剂(20 µg/g的甲基硅油+100 µg/g的改性硅聚合物)组成,其泡沫特性(24 ℃,93 ℃,后 24 ℃)为0 mL/0 mL,0 mL/0 mL,0 mL/0 mL(68号)及5 mL/0 mL,10 mL/0 mL,5 mL/0 mL(150号).应用表明,合成顶驱齿轮油的使用温度稳定在34.8 ℃~49.6 ℃之间(<60 ℃报警值).研制的合成顶驱齿轮油具有良好的泡沫特性和温度控制能力,完全能够满足顶驱齿轮箱的润滑要求.(图1表5参考文献2)
Development of Synthetic Top Drive Gear Oil
Top drive gearbox is the key transmission component of top drive drilling system(TDS),which has high requirements on the foam characteristics and temperature control ability of gear oil,and for this reason,top drive gear oil was developed.Through the selection of base oil and compounding agent,as well as the examination of the foam characteristics of the oxidized gear oil,the synthetic top drive gear oil was obtained,consisting of synthetic base oil(PAO4+mPAO+POE),2.5% of RHY4206 industrial gear oil additive package,and 120 μg/g of composite antifoam agent(20 μg/g of methyl silicone oil+100 µg/g of modified silicone polymer).The foam characteristics(24 ℃,93 ℃,then 24 ℃)were 0 mL/0 mL,0 mL/0 mL,0 mL/0 mL(No.68)and 5 mL/0 mL,10 mL/0 mL,5 mL/0 mL(No.150).The application shows that the operating temperature of the synthetic top drive gear oil is stable between 34.8 ℃ and 49.6 ℃,which is lower than the alarm value of 60 ℃.The developed synthetic top drive gear oil has good foam characteristics and temperature control ability,and can fully meet the lubrication requirements of the top drive gearbox.(Chart 1 Tables5 References2)
