100号合成丙烷冷冻机油的研制

摘要
丙烷(R290)是一种环保型制冷剂,臭氧损耗值(ODP)和全球变暖潜能值(GWP)低,具有优良的热物理参数,且价格低廉,可以直接替代R22制冷剂.从经济角度看,研制与丙烷制冷剂适配的丙烷冷冻机油显得尤其重要.研制的100号合成丙烷冷冻机油由聚醚基础油,2.5％的054功能剂(复合剂)及0.2％的二苯胺型抗氧剂组成,其性能达到了制定的技术指标,与进口油的性能相当,能够满足丙烷冷冻机的润滑要求.(图0表9参考文献2)
Abstract
Propane(R290)is an environmentally friendly refrigerant with low ozone depletion potential(ODP),low global warming potential(GWP),excellent thermophysical parameters and low price,and it can be used as a direct substitute for R22 refrigerant.From the economic standpoint,it is of great importance to develop propane freezer oil that is compatible with propane freezer.The No.100 synthetic propane freezer oil is composed of polyether base oil,2.5％ of 054 functional additive(additive package)and 0.2％ of diphenylamine antioxidant,and its performance is comparable to that of imported oil,meeting the established technical specifications and the lubrication requirements of propane freezers.(ChartsO Tables9 References2)
