摘要
国内空调电机轴承润滑脂的用量每年上百吨,一直被国外公司所垄断,为此对空调电机轴承润滑脂进行了研制.研制的空调电机轴承润滑脂由合成基础油(40％POE+60％PAO),锂皂稠化剂,复合抗氧剂(3.0％的胺抗氧剂+1.0％的酚抗氧剂+1.5％的有机硫抗氧剂)及磺酸盐防锈剂组成,其噪音等级为GN4,且具有优异的低温性能(启动性能和运转性能)及高温轴承寿命,可以替代进口润滑脂,打破了国外的技术垄断.(图5表7参考文献4)
Abstract
The annual consumption of bearing grease for domestic air-conditioning motor bearings exceeds one hundred tons and has long been under the monopoly of foreign companies,therefore,the air conditioning motor bearing grease has been developed.The developed air conditioning motor bearing grease consists of synthetic base oil(40％POE+60％PAO),lithium soap thickener,complex antioxidant(3.0％ of amine antioxidant+1.0％ of phenol antioxidant+1.5％of organosulfur antioxidant)and sulfonate anti-rust additive,and the noise level is GN4,and it has excellent low-temperature performance(startup performance and running performance)and high-temperature bearing life,which can replace the imported grease and break the foreign technology monopoly.(Charts5 Tables7 References4)
