Study on the Influence of Internal Standard Method and External Standard Method on the Results of Element Content Determination
Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry(ICP-AES)is an important method for element content analysis, which can realize the quantitative analysis of additive elements and wear elements in lubricating oil.Quantitative analysis mainly includes internal standard method and external standard method. The difference between the test results of the internal standard method and the external standard method basically meets the reproducibility requirements of the method, but the internal standard method can effectively eliminate the difference in physical properties between the standard sample and the test sample, especially the difference in lubricating oil viscosity, and can better reflect the true value. The establishment process of internal standard method was investigated through research, and the source of differences between the internal standard method and the external standard method has been understood,as well as the influence of this difference on the degree of deviation in the results.(Charts3 Tables8 References4)
