Application of Complex Calcium Sulfonate Grease in Sinter Machines
Based on the operating conditions and lubrication requirements of the belt sinter machine,a high-performance calcium sulfonate complex grease(GreatWall grease)was developed.This lubricating grease exhibits excellent high-temperature performance,oxidation resistance,and anti-wear properties.Application trials conducted on a 360 m2 sinter machine in a certain sinter plant have shown that the calcium sulfonate complex grease has achieved remarkable results.It not only solved the problem of pipe blockage,but also addressed the issue of slideway lubrication,reduced the air leakage rate of the slideway,and improved the efficiency of the sintering machine,which demonstrated excellent economic benefits and can be widely promoted for use in sinter machines.(Charts5 Tables3 References7)
