摘要

环模制粒机是饲料加工过程中的关键设备,在制粒机中主要的润滑部位就是制粒机压辊,每个压辊有2套圆锥滚子轴承需要加入润滑剂进行润滑和防护.在制粒过程中,压辊和粉状饲料直接接触,受密封性、润滑工况和注脂操作习惯影响,使用后的润滑剂最终又不可避免的混入饲料中,通过食物链迁移进入人体,给人民群众健康与卫生带来风险.结合制粒机压辊轴承的工况研制出一款高温食品级润滑脂,通过理化性能测试、二噁英含量检测和现场实际应用评估,该润滑脂具有良好的抗高温流失、抗潮湿乳化和减摩性能,以及良好的食品卫生安全性和综合经济效益,在饲料行业具有很广阔的推广应用前景.(图6表2参考文献20)

Abstract

Feed pellet mill is the key device in feed processing.The main lubrication component of the pellet mill is the press roller.Each roller has 2 sets of cylindrical roller bearings that require lubricant for lubrication and protection.During the pelleting process,the rollers come into direct contact with blended powdered feeds.Due to factors such as sealing,lubrication conditions,and grease injection practices,the lubricant inevitably contaminates the feed,posing risks to public health and hygiene when it migrates into the human body through the food chain.A high-temperature food-grade lubricating grease has been developed based on the working conditions of the roller bearings in feed pellet mills.Through physicochemical performance testing,dioxin content detection,and practical application evaluation,the lubricating grease has been shown to possess good resistance to high-temperature loss,anti-moisture emulsification,and friction-reducing performance,which has very wide popularization and application prospects in the feed industry.The results indicate promising prospects for the widespread adoption of this lubricating grease in the feed industry.(Charts6 Tables2 References20)
