摘要
矿用液压支架用液乳化油作为煤炭开采行业的必备物资之一,直接关系到设备的使用寿命、生产效率和生产安全.通过对目前国内外乳化油的技术指标、产品特性、配方组成的总结和归纳,提出了液压支架设备、环保、矿用水质对液压支架乳化油技术发展的要求,指出了液压支架液乳化油的发展方向.(图0表1参考文献25)
Abstract
Emulsified oil serves as an essential material in the coal mining industry,specifically for the hydraulic support systems used in mines.Its utilization directly impacts the lifespan of equipment,production efficiency,and safety.An overview of the current technical specifications,product characteristics,and formulation compositions of emulsified oil both domestically and internationally was provided.Furthermore,the requirements for the development of emulsified oil technology in aspects such as equipment,environmental considerations,and the quality of water used in mining operations were presented.The future directions for the development of emulsified oil for hydraulic support systems were indicated.(Charts0 Table1 References25)
