Determination of Half-Life of Compressor Oil-Initiator Mixed Systems by Differential Scanning Calorimetry
A corresponding chemical kinetics model was established using Differential Scanning Calorimetry(DSC)and Kinetics Neo software to study the half-life of the ultrahigh pressure ethylene compressor oil-initiator mixed system. The established three-step sequential model is suitable for determining the half-life of the compressor oil-initiator mixed system. The results show that the influence of the domestic compressor oil+DTBP initiator mixed system and the imported compressor oil+DTBP initiator mixed system on the half-life of the DTBP initiator is minimal, and the compatibility of domestic compressor oil and imported compressor oil with ethylene reaction medium is comparable.(Charts11 Tables2 References9)
