Research on the Performance of Ester Oils in High-Performance Industrial Gear Oils
With the continuous progress of modern industrial technology,high-end industrial gearboxes are gradually being upgraded,and the performance requirements for industrial gear oils are correspondingly increasing.Ester-based synthetic oils play a vital role in enhancing the solubility of additives in gear oils,compatibility with sealing materials,and sludge control.Based on the working conditions of gearboxes in harsh environments,suitable ester oils are selected and blended into products to explore the performance differences of high-performance industrial gear oils.The results show that ester oils can enable industrial gear oils to pass rubber compatibility tests under harsh conditions.Under the same conditions,ester oils with excellent friction and wear performance can improve the extreme pressure and anti-wear performance of industrial gear oils.(Charts7 Tables8 References9)
