摘要

随着原油重质劣质化不断加剧,国产15号航空液压油橡胶膨胀率长期处于临界卡边状态,可能会使飞机液压传动系统正常运转存在一定安全隐患.通过一系列试验研究,发现15号航空液压油的芳烃含量是影响橡胶膨胀率的主要因素,并立足现行生产工艺提出了改善油品橡胶膨胀率的有效办法.(图1表7参考文献3)

Abstract

With the increasing heaviness and deterioration of crude oil,the rubber swell rate of domestic No.15 aviation hydraulic fluid has been in a marginal state for a long time,potentially posing certain safety risks to the operation of aircraft hydraulic transmission systems.Through a series of experimental studies,it is found that the aromatic content of No.15 aviation hydraulic fluid is the main factor affecting the rubber swell rate,and effective methods for improving the rubber swell rate of the oil product were proposed based on current production processes.(Chart1 Tables7 References3)
