磷酸三甲酚酯结构对酯类油水解安定性的影响

采用气质联用仪(GC-MS)、核磁、红外和凝胶渗透色谱等大型分析仪器对4种磷酸三甲酚酯(TCP)的组成结构进行解析,通过Rolls-Royce水解安定性试验方法系统研究不同来源、不同结构的磷酸三甲酚酯对季戊四醇酯水解安定性的影响,识别出磷酸三甲酚酯结构对酯类油水解安定性的影响因素,实现对磷酸三甲酚酯原料的质量控制,进而提升酯类油产品质量稳定性.(图14表8参考文献13)
Influence of Tricresyl Phosphate Structure on Hydrolysis Stability of Ester Oils
The composition and structure of four tricresyl phosphate(TCP)were analyzed by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry(GC-MS),Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectrometer,Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer and Gel Permeation Chromatograph and other large-scale analytical instruments,and the effects of TCP of different origins and structures on the hydrolytic stability of quaternary esters were systematically investigated by the Rolls-Royce hydrolytic stability test method.The structural factors of TCP affecting the hydrolytic stability of ester oils were identified,thereby enhancing the stability of ester oil products through the implementation of quality control for TCP raw materials.(Charts14 Tables8 References 13)
