Influence of Tricresyl Phosphate Structure on Hydrolysis Stability of Ester Oils
The composition and structure of four tricresyl phosphate(TCP)were analyzed by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry(GC-MS),Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectrometer,Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer and Gel Permeation Chromatograph and other large-scale analytical instruments, and the effects of TCP of different origins and structures on the hydrolytic stability of quaternary esters were systematically investigated by the Rolls-Royce hydrolytic stability test method. The structural factors of TCP affecting the hydrolytic stability of ester oils were identified, thereby enhancing the stability of ester oil products through the implementation of quality control for TCP raw materials.(Charts14 Tables8 References 13)
