Preparation and properties of epoxy resin/graphene composites
Graphene employed as conductive fillers were added to epoxy resin to enhance the electrical conductivity and electromagnetic shielding efficiency of epoxy resin. The influence of graphene content on mechanical properties and microstructure of the composites were investigated. The results show that the electrical conductivity and electromagnetic shielding efficiency of the composites are significantly improved by adding graphene. The electrical conductivity and shielding of the composites are 1.34×10-3 S/m and 2.95 dB when the mass fraction of graphene is 10.0%;the impact strength of the composites is 1.67 kJ/m2 when the mass fraction of graphene is 7.5%,which is higher than that of pristine epoxy resin by 50%.
