EVA/MPE/DK-HNTs复合材料的制备及其性能

以9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物(DOPO)、硅烷偶联剂KH570为原料合成了DOPO-KH570,并接枝于埃洛石纳米管表面,制备了端基含DOPO的埃洛石纳米管(DK-HNTs).通过傅里叶变换红外光谱和X射线光电子能谱表征了DK-HNTs的化学组成及结构.采用熔融共混法制备了乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物/茂金属聚乙烯/DK-HNTs复合材料,考察了DK-HNTs用量对复合材料性能的影响.结果表明:少量DK-HNTs在复合材料中可以均匀分散;当DK-HNTs用量为5%(w)时,复合材料拉伸强度、拉伸断裂标称应变、残炭量分别为21.08 MPa,735%,4.20%(w).此外,DK-HNTs的加入使复合材料的加工流动性略有下降.
Preparation and properties of EVA/MPE/DK-HNTs composites
9,10-Dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide(DOPO),γ-methacryloyloxypro pyltrimethoxysilane(KH-570)were used as raw materials to prepare DOPO-KH570,which was used for the surface modification of halloysite nanotubes to prepare DK-HNTs containing DOPO in end group.The chemical composition and structure of DK-HNTs were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and X-ray diffractometer(XRD).The ethylene-vinyl acetate/metallocene polyethylene/DK-HNTs composites were prepared via melt blending,and the effect of DK-HNTs addition on the properties of the composites were investigated.The results show that a low addition of DK-HNTs can achieve uniform dispersion in the composites.When the mass fraction of DK-HNTs is 5%(w),the tensile strength and elongation at break are 21.08 MPa and 735%,and the carbon residue of the composites is 4.20%(w).Moreover,the addition of DK-HNTs results in a slight decrease in the processing fluidity of the composites.
